OUR STORY:

Ammerman & Philip Bookkeeping and Financial Services grew from a concept of offering Virtual Accounting services to small to mid-sized companies to where they ONLY pay for what they need. Ammerman grew up with his parents running a Marketing & Advertising Agency where the highest paid employee besides his parents was the Accountant.

He developed a passion for the idea to help small businesses save money. Philip’s Mother was an Accountant, and Philip has been around Accounting all his life and is a Certified Accountant himself. After Ammerman & Philip became friends, the idea of offering small to mid-sized companies Accounting services to where they “ONLY pay for what they need” has become a reality!


WHO WE ARE:

Ammerman & Philip Bookkeeping and Financial Services grew out of a vision to help small to mid-sized companies succeed. Many companies find it difficult to staff all of the Accounting professionals they need. So we asked ourselves, “How can we make these services available to companies, to where they only pay for what they need?” If you only need us one hour a week, you only pay us for one hour a week.

This vision became a reality in 2014. With our concept, small to mid-sized companies do not have to pay for full time in-house Accountants that require salary, benefits and overhead. With our staff of experts, we can focus on your specific needs, allowing you to get the job done in the most affordable and efficient way possible. We save you money, because you pay only for the services you need.

We are a virtual company and can help anyone anywhere, anytime, and with virtually any Accounting challenge. A&P Bookkeeping and Financial Services is comprised of business professionals who have worked both for large corporations and as entrepreneurs. OUR TEAM:

Phil Willard

Phil is a Certified Management Accountant with a strong diverse background in manufacturing, service industry, and non-profits. He has over 25 years’ senior financial leadership that range from Fortune 100 companies to small entrepreneurial businesses. Phil has also been a small business owner since 2004 and understands the challenges that many small to mid-sized companies face. He has utilized Excel for over 20 years and QuickBooks since 2004 using the tools it offers to analyze business performance and help improve and drive results.

Aaron Ammerman

I grew up with my Mom and Dad running a Marketing and advertising agency, and the highest paid employee besides my parents was the Accountant! I used to think, “Is there any way I can come up with a way to offer Accounting Services to small to mid-sized companies, where they only pay for whatever services they need?” After meeting my best friend and Certified Accountant Phil Willard, that idea has become a reality. We finally have all the tools to make it happen. Trust us to be your “Neighborhood Accountants,” and handle all of your financial needs!

From an early age, I knew what I was going to be when I grew up: I was going to be a Business man. I got my Bachelor degree in Business of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I made the President’s List (4.0 GPA) seven times, was named “Student of The Quarter” twice, and graduated Summa Cum Laude (with a 4.0 GPA). I just wanted my degree, but once you find something you’re interested in, it’s easy to do well. I truly have a passion to see small to mid-size companies succeed!
